How do monthly print hours work?

Members receive a monthly block of FDM hours: 8h Starter, 20h Studio, 35h Desk, or 80h Retainer. Upload an STL or 3MF; the Kingston workshop slices it and deducts hours only after you approve the estimate.

How are parts delivered, and is shipping free?

Finished parts are cleaned, deburred, boxed, and shipped tracked anywhere in the UK. Desk and Retainer plans include free shipping. Workshop collection is available at 1 Wheatfield Way, Kingston.

Can I cancel my LayerPass subscription?

Yes. There are no annual lock-ins. Cancel in the billing dashboard; remaining hours stay active until the end of the current billing period.
